I have chosen not to have a voice-over in my film trailer and just to have the characters talking. I have chosen this as it more realistic to have them talking and makes the trailer seem more serious. My style models such as Shooter and Mission Impossible don;t have a voice over and have the characters talking as well. I have chosen to have minimal speech during the trailer and let the action fill up the rest of the trailer. The speech will be sufficient to give an idea of the plot but not to give anything away.
Hammer: They knew it was going to happen they could of stopped it.
Hammer: I'm going to make them pay.
North: Bring him in.
